    Returns or Exchange 

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, you must contact us to receive an authorization as not all items apply for returns or exchange. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred. We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee of $25 or 1.5% of the invoice amount whichever is greater. No refund available for aerosol products and markers unless damaged. Non-stocks, discontinued and special order items will not be available for returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


    Order Cancellations

    Please note we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee on cancelled orders, if the order is cancelled beyond two hours after the order has been placed (Pacific Coast Time). We do our best to work with our customers to avoid these fees.  However, if the order is already boxed and ready to ship, restocking fees will apply to cover time and materials cost related to returning the stock to inventory. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or issues with this policy and how it is being applied to your particular order.


    Late or missing refunds 

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


    Sale Items 

    All sale items are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded, with the exceptions listed above. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded as all sales are final.



    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.



    Most UPS & USPS orders are received within two to five business days of payment. If your product total before shipping is over $50 or if you’ve ordered spray paint, your order will be shipped via UPS ground shipping. Ground shipping takes between one to five business days. The shipping times above are for deliveries in major metropolitan areas. For rural deliveries, it can take a few more days. 

    All spray paint orders less than 300 lbs. will be shipped with UPS ground and large bulk orders will ship Prepaid via common carrier.


    When will you ship my order?

    Our working hours are Monday to Friday 10 am - 4 pm PST. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


    What is my Tracking Number?

    The tracking number is sent automatically to you by e-mail when your package is shipped. If you haven't received your tracking number, please check your "bulk folder / spam folder" to see if your spam protection has trashed the message. If your tracking number is not in your bulk mail folder you can contact us to receive it.


    My package is late, what to do?

    Please first check with USPS or UPS using your tracking number. If your order is not delivered in 7 business days, please contact us.


    Where can I track my package?

    Depending on which service your order was shipped with, you can track your package on UPS.com or USPS.com. Please keep in mind Tracking information for your package may not be visible during the first 24 hours of transit.


    Can you ship to my Country?

    We can ship only to the lower 48 United States and Canada. We cannot ship small packages to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Mexico. 


    What if I gave you an incorrect shipping address?

    Most likely your package will be returned to us. Make sure to enter your complete address when you place your order (including your apartment number). If a package is returned to us because you supplied an incomplete or invalid address, you will be charged additional shipping fees.


    What kind of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and Apple Pay.


    Is there a minimum order for Spray Paint?

    No, there is no minimum order!


    Do you substitute colors?

    No, never. We know how important every specific color is. That’s why our goal is to offer you full availability at any time. If a color is missing it will be displayed as “out of stock” and you can decide what to do consequently.



    Can you deliver Spray Paint to a PO Box?

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible. UPS will not accept packages with a PO box delivery address.


    Missing Items?

    If you believe you were missing items from your order, contact must be made within five business days of receiving your order to be eligible for exchange or refund so we may investigate.
